Cilento Rolls is a concept originated at Poseidonia Beach Club: a fusion experiment of style and taste where native products are used, particularly mackerel, anchovies, ribbonfish and tuna, which nod to Land of the Rising Sun cuisine while maintaining a strong Mediterranean identity.

The subtle play of fusion is the most attractive aspect of an original proposal that speaks of distant lands and a culture that blends with culinary art, enriching itself with new meanings. If the metropolitan world elects sushi as a must-have of the new diet, the demands of Mediterranean cuisine guarantee the genuineness of locally and territorially sourced ingredients. The setting is the dazzling white of our gazebo, the gold of the fine sand and the blue of the clean sea of Ascea.

Sustainable cuisine goes through the search for new flavors and cooking and packaging methods: sushi, sashimi and poke are the keywords of a constantly active beach laboratory. Each project includes within it a skillful and original mix of East and West that you will have the opportunity to discover and appreciate.

Our sushi, sashimi and poke offering is not a passing trend, nor does it obey stereotyped clichés in flavors and forms. Poseidonia's fusion combines the techniques of Oriental cuisine with Cilento sea fish, products from local companies and Made in Italy excellences.
